After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Rouen, Marie furthered her studies by specializing in European and International Law during her Master’s degree at Charles University in Prague. Upon returning to France, she focused on business law, earning a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Rouen.
Marie advises both companies and employees, aiming for conflict resolution and the defense of everyone’s rights. She supports them with genuine empathy and an unwavering determination to defend their rights and protect their interests.
In addition to her legal practice, Marie Yschard has a passion for music and classical literature, which led her to obtain a Master’s degree in Classical Literature at the University of Rouen. Her interest in Roman civilization is reflected in her academic work, notably in an article published in Dalloz’s Cahiers de philosophie du droit, where she explores the nobility of the lawyer in Rome according to Pliny the Younger. She is also a violinist and has joined the orchestra of the University Hospital of Rouen.
